Tehran is prepared to resume atomic discussions with the United States on condition that it is treated with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has declared.

Abbas Araghchi said solely negotiations was effective, and revealed new appeals had come from go-betweens to restart negotiations with the Trump administration. He asserted Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Iran could not yet permit the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect bombed nuclear sites for safety concerns.

Walking a Challenging Course

Araghchi is navigating a difficult course since Iran aims to avoid be seen to be acting from a stance of weakness, and he emphatically stated that Iran had emerged more resilient defensively and mentally from the coordinated strike on its enrichment centers in June.

He was talking at a security conference in Tehran where he restated that Iran had "an inalienable right to refine atomic fuel within its borders that it will always maintain" – the primary cause of the impasse in the previous talks.

Previous Discussions Suddenly Terminated

The previous five rounds of discussions between the United States and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and acrimonious conclusion on 12 June when the Israeli government, with Washington's assistance, attacked Iranian nuclear sites in a two-week conflict that concluded with the US president asserting the facilities had been eliminated. Following this, European countries employed their authority to restore international penalties, but Iran asserts they have not had a substantial consequence.

Magic Solution Suggested

Iran's diplomats stated they felt they had attained a "perfect agreement" to the uranium processing matter in earlier negotiations, when it was settled an Iran-based consortium with American involvement could process nuclear material. Each party would have been able to claim victory since home-based processing would have persisted and the US could be assured that Iran's enrichment initiative was entirely non-military.

It had not been agreed in the discussions that Washington's technical specialists could function within Iranian territory, but that was a reasonable assumption of the cooperative offer. The Iranian foreign ministry has been criticized of non-responsiveness in the wake of Trump's direct instinctive approach, but Iran asserts negotiations is not part of a performance.

Diplomatic Stance

In his remarks to the forum, designed to paint the US as a hegemonic power that abuses the idea of global regulations, Araghchi declared the two-week conflict showed the dispute could not be resolved by military means. He stated the assaults started with a Washington's ultimatum for an unconditional Iranian surrender and concluded with an absolute demand for a truce.

Iran is certain the initial Israeli attacks were mounted with full US knowledge and coordination, making confidence hard to restore.

Diplomacy Remains the Final Answer

Araghchi declared: "Tehran was not the one that had abandoned diplomacy; it was the United States and the western countries that had repeatedly attempted to dictate their demands during the negotiations. Dialogue can still be alive and remains the primary resolution to resolve disagreements, but its criteria, rules and principles must be adhered to."

"If they speak to the nation of Iran with the language of respect and respect, they will receive a response in the equivalent approach."

Recovery and Rebuilding

In what is portrayed by Iranian officials as the conflict of repair and reconstruction, Araghchi claimed he was certain Iran's military capacities "are considerably enhanced than before 13 or 14 June of this year. He continued: "We successfully passed this conflict. Our atomic expertise, which they intended to obliterate, remains in place. The sites and gear, if eliminated, will be restored; what is crucial is the determination of the citizens of Tehran and then the social solidarity that they targeted, but failed to break. The citizens of Tehran have become more resilient, more united, and more endorsing of the administration and the state in the face of this assault."
